In an effort to improve ease of use, Sterling IRB has updated several submission forms including the Submission Application for the Investigator/Site and the Change in Site Information Form. The updated forms are available in the Forms section of the Sterling IRB website. The updates are based on feedback and seek to simplify language and clarify IRB requirements. Sterling IRB will continue to accept the previous version of the forms for 30 days after the effective date.
